What it is:
Most vehicle care is reactive. You notice something's wrong, then you scramble to fix it. Carcierge flips that.
I'm your one dedicated point of contact, based in London, holding the whole picture of your car in my head so you don't have to.
Servicing and MOT dates, tyre and bodywork condition, insurance renewals, valeting and detailing, collection and delivery, even meeting you at the airport with the car ready to go.
Whatever needs doing, I either handle it directly or find and manage the right person for the job.
No call centre. No rotating garage staff. Just one person who already knows your car, and knows you.
Included with Membership:
Vehicle Assistance
Servicing, MOT, tax, repairs, detailing, preparation, inspections, collection & delivery, insurance administration.
Presence & Chaperoning
Escort and representation for events, club runs, and journeys where you need someone there, not just something done.
Logistics & Movements
Transport, storage coordination, dealership liaison, event delivery, recovery support, multi-vehicle movements.
Bespoke Support
Urgent requests, document handling, troubleshooting, private household coordination and discreet problem-solving.
How it works:
Membership includes £350 of service credit each month, covering the day-to-day: a call to sort your insurance, a collection across town, preparation before a trip.
For anything larger, such as a full day chaperoning you to an event or a longer journey, I'll agree a simple day rate with you upfront, so it's never a surprise.
Third-party costs, including parts, servicing and detailing, are invoiced separately, always agreed with you first.
